They are THIEVES! They didn't show up at our scheduled moving window time and I ended up having to move my things with friends. This has been since August 7th and I have continually asked for my money back and NOW they will not return my calls! I am out $345.00, have 3 kids to feed, and they continue to ignore my calls!! Do not do business with these THIEVES!

I do not usually leave reviews but after a year it still bugs the HECK out of me that they charged me $899 to move me from a 1 bedroom apartment less than 5 miles away! According to them they could only move one box at a time..... I have never had a move take "7 hours" especially when everything was already packed and broke down moved to the front of the apartment. I would never ever ever.... use them again!

This review is edited from my original post. I hired Moving Stars, Inc. to help pack my kitchen for an upcoming move. The crew that came did not do a good job. The company owner, Jesse, contacted me personally to rectify the issues regarding this job. Everything has been resolved to my satifiaction. To the packing crew that came to my home to pack, I give one star. For Jesse's personal attention to this matter, I give him five stars. I averaged that to three stars. Jesse extended an invitation to me to call him personally if I ever needed moving services again. I plan to take him up on his offer

DO NOT USE THEM. They destroyed my home and my things and after 6 months dealing with their "claims" department, they offered me $0.60/lb. They claimed this is the most they had to pay by law even though they promised me they had 100% coverage and would replace anything broken at full face value. I will be taking them to court to recover damages. Below are pictures of my furniture (they wrapped nothing even though they advertise this) and floors they destroyed as well as a table they broke and tried to fix behind my back. I paid $2,050 to have the floors repaired and they offered me $200 even though
