I sure appreciate customer reviews! I take giving and receiving feedback very seriously. I realize you can not please everyone but based on the many disgruntled movers I have read, I am going to keep looking. Thanks to everyone who shared their experience. This company needs to look carefully at their customer service. A customer should never have to chase your business to get answers and results! That is what we pay the business to do.

I would highly recommend to anyone needing moving services. They were able to fit me in with 1 day notice and had great pricing. There workers are very hard working and do a great job. I didn’t have a single item damaged. Also on time and provided great customer service.

Beware! Eagle Movers - Movers Humble, TX. Tx Dot License REVOKED! Will not show up! We contacted Eagle Movers on 8/17/20 and spoke with Rosa Ibarra. She booked our move for 8/22/20 between 8-8:30 am. Rosa called us at 10am on the day before they were supposed to show up. On the 8/22/20, moving day, the did not show up. We called continuously from 8:45 to 9am, and had to leave messages because they did not answer. Finally, I drove to the address listed on the Google Business listing. It was a residential home. I looked up the address to confirm and it showed Rosa and Jose Ibarra as owners the home
