An amazing update on an amazing person. Now just a year after meeting Sara Leonard she has now lost over 140 lbs and most importantly is happier AND healthier than ever! Still, with only one weekly training session along with our popular boxing/cardio classes and healthier eating choices, Sara continues to progress with this very livable program!
We work with people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and levels of fitness. Over the past 15 years, many clients have lost countless pounds and body fat while maintaining a normal lifestyle (read: no crash diets, no yo-yo diets; just steady, sensible programs). Absolutely! My apologies, I genuinely do not even recall making this review. As I said, I am sorry. However I will say, as a business owner, you are absolutely incredibly rude.. Using improper grammar, punctuation, then laughing at the "reviewers". It was a genuine mistake. Also, knowing that it would be published publicly. This shows that you're incredibly irritable, a hot head, meaning, this indicates you lack patience.. to be quite frankly, I'm not sure if I would want to step foot into Advanced Fitness for that reason. I’ve been going to Advanced Fitness & Nutrition for approximately two years now and I’m feeling much stronger than I have been in a long time. Jeremy is great. He adapts the exercise routine to my fitness level and will increase the strength to meet my individual needs. Jeremy is very personable and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. If want to get stronger and leaner, or you just want to feel better about yourself, I would highly recommend making an appointment with Jeremy. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been working out with Jeremy at Advanced Fitness for 3 years. I am in my early 60’s and in the best shape of my life. I am stronger and more flexible than I was in my 20’s and 30’s. When I started at Advanced Fitness my back hurt, my hips hurt and my knees were killing me. I now have no pain anywhere. My cholesterol also dropped 30 points and I can hit a golf ball 30 yards farther. It took a lot of work but you only get one body so you better take of it. Particularly as you get older. I would rather be hiking, golfing, bowling, fishing, skiing and riding my motorcycles than sitting
