Rarely have I experienced such outstanding customer service! Nani called to explain that her delivery truck didn't make it to the shop with the plant I had ordered. Hearing my disappointment, she drove to a nursery and found an even more spectacular plant for my friend's birthday! I cannot recommend her highly enough!! Thank you!!

*Update I want to give the owner credit for apologizing about my experience and willingness to try to make it up by offering free delivery (which I did not accept.) I still feel very strongly that the significance of the occassion outweighed any holiday order and their system needs an update but in a manner of fairness am changing this to a neutral 3 stars.
Prior review: If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order Friday around 11:30 am for same-day delivery to my niece whose newborn is in NICU. I received confirmation of payment and confirmation that the delivery would be made that day

This is the only florist my wife and I use. We have used them for 15 years. Nina does an incredible job and puts so much effort and love into everything she creates. We used her for our daughter's wedding last year and all of the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! We received so many compliments on them. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

What a wonderful experience! Called last minute for some orchids for O's birthday and received a beautiful arrangement. The owner even insisted that she buckle the arrangement up in my car to make sure it was safe. Great price and service!! Just a heads up that if you are picking up the shop is out of the owners home but it is super easy.
