Everyone at this office is very kind and helpful, and the decor is beautiful! They have so many different options for glasses and the doctor takes her time and really cares about her patients. The wait time is also not bad, even when they have a lot of people to assist.

Very Disappointed and concerned. Waiting time was long and no friendly welcome when I visited first time. It took over 1 month to get my glasses and no follow up.
For My wife Kalpana glasses prescription was to strong and Dr had to rewrite it. They refused to redo the glasses with corrected numbers . I had to call Meridian Insurance and I was told they do not need prior Approval they could call us but owner refused to call and take care of us.
There was lot of followup on our part to follow up with Insurance company even calling the Dr office but no cooperation from Xceptional Eye Care.

I had a great experience here as a first time patient. The manager helped me find my insurance, was very thorough with explanation of my coverage, and picked out a frame that matches my face structure. The doctor was very precise and took her time to make sure everything was correct. I appreciate businesses and people who enjoy helping others.
