Floors look great, but their so-called dustless system is a crock....going to have to clean the entire house including furniture, inside cabinets, bathrooms before I can move anything back. Was expecting some dust - but not what happened. A sub-contractor did the work, so unless you like cleaning up a huge mess, don't use this company.

We had an appointment scheduled for the refinishing service. As the website states, “we remove the existing finish which removes surface scratches, scuff marks... then we apply our polyurethane...” Well, when the laborer showed up for our appointment, we were told all that they do is pour a new finish right over the top, there is no removal of the existing finish. We tried to call the company to get it rectified and had no returned calls and no effort to reschedule to get the job done properly. The fact that we got no follow up when we were misled is not a good way to be running a business

I'm looking to have some wood floors refinished. The reviews for this company are great. Unfortunately, my experience didn't match theirs. How do you have a consult conversation with someone about having 4 rooms finished in 2 minutes? No exaggeration. 2 minutes! I shared my interest in having the floors finished. He quickly rattled off a cost based upon estimated square footage and that was that. No conversation about the current condition of the floors, color, etc. I understand that may not be needed for the job, but it goes a long way when it comes to building rapport and customer service. We had oak and maple floors in a 1926 home refinished from a light color to a medium dark color. They look great and the work went very quickly. Even with dustless sanding, there is still a fair quantity of fine wood dust that is kicked up in the process. Fabulous Floors put up some plastic shielding, but I think could have used more to cut down on the amount of surface to be vacuumed afterward. This is a small issue - I did not deduct any stars because we recently had floors refinished in our previous home in another state before selling. Fabulous Floors didn't treat me so fabulous. No one showed for my appointment. No one answered my calls and when the owner finally called me back an hour later he argued me down about me calling a week prior to cancel due to a "scheduling conflict" not realizing I am a physician and document all of my "to dos" on my mobile calendar so I never have scheduling conflicts. I also do not have record of this phone call on my call list. He was not accommodating at all and made it seem as if it were my fault. Poor customer service. Maybe if I had told him I was a physician in the beginning I would have
