It all started with our Founder and Owner David Braunsdorf, who began working for his pastor's flooring company at age 13. He immediately observed the transformative effect a well-crafted floor can have on a home and went on to spend his life mastering his craft.

We carry over 45 styles of solid wood floors - from unfinished wood planks to prefinished hardwood. Our solid planks are made out of 100% real wood. We're one of the only flooring companies in Wisconsin that does retail, installing, refinishing and custom work with our own employees. Here at Flawless Flooring, we don't believe in hiring subcontractors for floor installation. Instead, we send our professionally trained employees to install your floors; producing much better results. I had FF install some vinyl plank in my basement. Tom was very prompt and responsive with all communication. His team showed up on time and did quality work very quickly. They were very polite and professional. I am very happy with my results and would definitely use them again!

We did quite a bit of research before transitioning from carpet to engineered hardwood in our living/dining room area both on the product itself, as well as who we chose. David and Josh of Flawless did an amazing job restoring the original pine floors in our 150 year old home. They had to reset all the nails in the floors that had drifted up over time (so they wouldn’t shred the sander) and replaced some of the most damaged boards with ones taken from elsewhere in the house. They are true craftsmen and took a real interest in our home and it’s history. They showed up on time, completed the job on schedule and budget, and we’re a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend them more highly.

I purchased a "new to me" home and decided to rip out the exhisting carpeting and refinish the hardwood floors in two of the bedrooms. I was fortunate to have Scott and Carl as the technicians. They are excellent representatives for Flawless Flooring.

We had our kitchen and dining room floors installed by flawless flooring and they did an amazing job! From the initial walk around with Lance talking about different flooring options, to looking at different samples and their showroom and finding the right color and style, to the friendly installers, Dillion and his partner, making everything look beautiful, we were very impressed!
