Because we are a mortgage broker, we are able to shop multiple lenders at once, which means we find you a mortgage program, closing cost, and rate scenario that fit your financing needs. We will never charge you lender fees, and we average closings in 15 days or less from the time of application. Our team is by your side every step of the way to help you get into the home of your dreams.
Now that you're pre-approved, we'll round up all the remaining documents needed to finalize your application, which will be sent to the Underwriter. It's important to remember that the sooner we receive ALL of the documentation we need - and the more complete and accurate that information is - the sooner we are able to get your application to the Underwriter for approval.

This is our second loan with mortgage box and the experience is always a great one! Thank you Michael and Brian for always working hard to make sure we are getting the best rates possible! They make themselves available and answer my never ending list of questions with courtesy and professionalism. And on top of everything they donate to a local charity every loan they close a loan! We trust them and will use them again!

We recently decided to refinance our home. We needed a better interest rate, and of course - some extra funding to take care of landscaping our backyard. We applied to a few places for quotes online, one of which was Quicken Loans. Within a day or two, we were contacted by Brian, the owner of Raintree Mortgage Service. He was prompt, friendly, thorough and answered all our questions. We were in somewhat of a hurry to close and he assured us we could close in 30 days or less.
