We are a Father and Son duo who love what we do and have fun doing it. We have lived in the Florida Panhandle for 25+ years and have been active members of the community throughout. Initially I would have rated the inspection service higher for being accommodating but upon move in we uncovered way too many surprises including a broken washing machine (it worked but stopped mid cycle) and ice maker then 2 termite nests! One of them was huge and there was an mark on the wall resembling a brain toward the ceiling (we didn't notice it as it's hard to notice everything and that's why we hired a pro) being new to termites we didn't know what that was but quickly found out as it cost us 10K in repairs. The inspector also marked the flashing on our deck as good but it turned out to

Robert and Joe are the best! They didn't leave us to fend for ourselves when an electrical issue came up in our home after we bought the house they inspected months beforehand. These guys take commitment to customer service seriously and follow up with their promises. You won't go wrong with them.

This business was recommended to me and they were absolutely AWESOME!! I called and left a voice message with Robert, he called me back right away to schedule an appointment within 2 days. I received another phone call from Joe who said he could come out today within the hour. We recently purchased a condo and needed to have a home inspection. This company came highly recommended. It was an excellent recommendation! The company was very responsive and Joe who actually did the inspection was great. He kept me informed of everything that was going on was prompt and very professional.
