Rob is a very professional, thorough, and compensating individual. I never had trouble getting in contact with anyone. Was very reasonable in price and compensating. For instance, we discovered a troubled roof midway through the inspection and was offered to stop the inspection and charged half price and resumed the same inspection later. Very professional and reasonable.

Best inspection company you will find for the cheapest price possible. Called over 10 places for an inspection and he was the cheapest by far. Always very responsive and will always work with you. Most detailed inspection I’ve seen. If you don’t go with northwest florida inspections then that is your loss. Rob is a great guy who really cares about what he does and wants the best for you.

Rob and his team come out to inspect a house we are purchasing on very short notice. Rob is a super nice guy and very easy to talk to. He did a very thorough job with the inspection. Rob and his assistant Gabe were absolutely amazing! Rob took the time to answer every question I had (there were many) and pointed out several things I hadn't considered. His drone captured great views of the roof and his report was greatly detailed. I appreciate their professionalism and super quick responses. We really lucked out with Rob at NWF inspections. We were looking at a home, but it had some issues that could be a big deal. I have some back ground with remodeling and contract work, so I needed a service that was going to help me ease our mind in this purchase. Rob came out promptly and went above and beyond for us, he did such a great job that other services were commenting on such a thorough job he had done. We didn’t get that house, but we use NWF Inspections for any of our inspection needs.

I had planned my inspection on short notice, they found a time and day that worked for me, but Rob got sick the night before, and he actually had the person who taught him fill in that day. Chris was very knowledgeable, and didn't just treat it like a job. He was very courteous and even gave his expert opinion and experienced thoughts on the matter. I will definitely recommend either of these two gentlemen to inspect your house, as well as going back myself for future inspections.

Northwest Florida Property Inspections is a very well organized business! I had the pleasure to work with Rob F. From the beginning conversations and setting up a date for inspection was very professional and fast. There was also communication in between the day leading up to the inspection date to verify everything was good to go. On the inspection Rob was on time and ready to work. His image and grooming standards were up to par. He did work quickly and very throughly in the house and taking time out to mention a few concerns he had. At the end of the inspection we had a few more conversations
