Services
Sandia Green Clean opened its doors in the summer of 2017 as a solution for local families across Albuquerque looking for a better way to care for their homes. The owners and founders, Brandon Condrey and Brandon Schoen, officially met in 2016, playing at a local park with their kids. In addition to being neighbors, both Brandons shared something else in common: A desire to start a successful local business.
Because we use safe, non-toxic products and because of our careful cleaning procedures, we're able to help keep the homes of these community members clean so that they have a healthy place to rest and recover. From time to time, we also accept nominations for community members in need of a little extra help around the house.

We love Sandia Green Clean. They do amazing work, are great communicators, and have the upmost integrity. With a baby in our house now we love the extra time this service allows us to have creating memories as opposed to cleaning. They are worth their weight in gold to our family.

Sandia Green Clean is really efficient and does a great job. I’ve got three big dogs and every time I get the place cleaned I feel like I’m coming back to an Airbnb. It is great to know they are using green cleaning supplies and I have the same crew coming every time. Highly recommend!

Team 10 was super awesome and did an amazing job on my cleaning. I had dust/film literally everywhere all over my house. They did wonders and took care of my kids items as well. The price is absolutely ridiculous and I’m not sure I’ll continue due to the pricing but I have to give TEAM 10 a 10 out of 10!! Thank you ladies, we appreciate you!!

The first “deep” clean will be amazing. If you read the reviews you’ll see that’s who’s leaving the 5 star reviews...the first-timers. So if you want just one clean...they are the company. But WARNING: After the first clean it is the most unprofessional and disorganized company you will ever deal with and it will never be as clean as the first… time, despite the promise that every clean is a deep clean. It’s not. Don’t waste your money or time. With their prices apparently having gone up, there are better and cheaper companies in town that do a better

***** - Just had the initial clean on my house and it is super clean from top to bottom in every corner of the house! The more I look around the more amazed I am at how clean it is. I didn’t realize it was so dirty until I see it is so clean! It’s expensive, but it’s worth it! Not sure if I will do every month or twice a month. Definitely recommend!!

There are people who don't have time to clean toilets, and people who don't like to clean toilets.
I am the latter. I have on occasion wasted an hour trying to psych myself up to do it. It's probably good for me to clean toilets, so this review is on behalf of my sister.
My sister is the former. She is a doctor who is generally at work 6 days a week, 11 hours a day. I'm really glad she arranged to have Sandia Green Clean come in. Three experienced cleaning people with their own products and gear can get more done in two and a half hours, than my sister could do the whole

As a supporter of local businesses I wanted to give my business to this company. The first time they came out I was pretty disappointed with their service but thought that maybe my standards were just to high. At that first visit it was clear that the floors had not been mopped or even swept.

I had Sandia Green Clean come out yesterday for the first time. I am completely blown away by the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company. This was the first time I've ever hired someone to clean my house, but with a high risk pregnancy and three other young children to take care of, my house has just gotten out of hand. I was nervous!

We had our first clean with them on Monday. The team arrived a little earlier than the window, but they were friendly and did a very thorough job. Before your first cleaning visit, a representative from the company will come to your home to assess how big it is and how much time it'll take to clean it, then give you a cost estimate and schedule your cleanings. They can hold a key for you, or you can choose to be there when they arrive.

Couldn't be happier! I was reluctant to have my home cleaned by someone else but between work, family and my toddler, Im spred pretty thin and my floors needed attention.
Claudia was professional, polite and responded quickly to my questions. The team that responded came in and took over. We left to the park and returned to a wonderfully clean home. Will definitely hire them again.

I decided to finally get help getting my house as clean as I want it without having to do it myself. I was having a large party and called Sandia Green Clean at the last minute (4 days before) and they had an opening. Brandon showed up to give me an estimate and we scheduled the cleaning. The three ladies that showed up right on time were very professional and friendly. They went about their business and did a great job. My house hasn't been this clean in 2 years! And they were done in just 2 hours. I was very happy with their work. And, I must say knowing someone is doing the cleaning

Wow! Sandia Green Clean totally blew me away! I called a week before 10 people were coming to stay at my house for my wedding, and the staff were friendly and ready to squeeze my cleaning in before guests arrived. What a relief!
I asked Sandia Green Clean to clean two bedrooms, the living room, the bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining area.
When I got home that evening, I was surprised to find that the staff had cleaned the area in front of my door. The door mat was free of debris and all of the leaves, dirt, etc. had been taken care of. A great first impression!
