I had a terrible situation with a referral office and the office manager Melanie and Dr. Williams went right to work to fix the problem as swiftly as possible, she made sure that I was treated with respect and got the issue resolved within days. This is the best dental office in the CSRA!!! The entire staff is amazing! They’re always pleasant. My children have gotten cavities filled here and said” they didn’t feel anything at all” Also, the tech I had today
( Tanisha) was awesome!! Usually, you can feel whenever they dig to clean your teeth. I didn’t feel anything. She did an awesome job! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a dentist for you or your family!

Dr. Ty and his staff are exceptional. I am a healthcare provider and couldn’t be with my son for an emergent tooth extraction yesterday. However, with the assistance of his grandparents, the staff made my 8 year old feel so comfortable and helped him through this procedure safe and efficiently. I am forever grateful.

The dental care is excellent and staff has always been professional and friendly! The only reason not a five star review is scheduling needs to be better. There is not one time I can recall not having to wait with my son to be seen for less than 30 minutes. On average, wait times are an hour and that is with scheduled appointments made months in advance. The past two appointments we were asked if we could come in earlier than scheduled time and each of those visits we waited an hour, which put us at almost 30 minutes past the original scheduled appointment time.
