Do not use this company. Did not complete paint job within time frame promised, Promised 3 to 4 weeks took 5 1/2 months. Didn’t prep truck before painting, did not completely paint truck, Over sprayed paint into the interior of my truck and broke rear window hatch glass, passenger side window guards and etc. Refused to repair anything that was broken. Refuse to fix or paint the truck along with refusing to refund any money. I disputed payment with my bank. This company went back and tried to force payment from my card again. Do not pay this company with a debit or credit card.

Avoid this place at all cost. My vehicle was at this shop for a total of nine months when the owner promise that it would only take two months. After contacting and going by several times to check on the status several times the owner became very disrespectful. He constantly gave excuses him of age and having high blood pressure. Every time there were a new vehicle being repaired and painted while mine was in the same spot. Definitely not someone you want to do business with, with the constant lies and run around.

We only took our totally beat up Toyota Camry to
BT Performance after getting 5 or 6 other estimates.
As soon as owner Biler Thompson answered the

He gave us the most competitive estimate of all,
and promised to do the most thorough paint job
and body repair which his shop did quite well.
Throughout the whole experience, Biler was great
to work with and especially accommodating.
He did the job way quicker than anyone else
in the city would commit to, and the final product
looked better than a brand new factory finish.

BT Performance Paint and Body does excellent work. I have been using this business for nearly 30 years. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I continue to use BTs because he backs all of his paint and body work with a lifetime guarantee, and instead of rushing and half doing repairs, they take the time to do it right the first time, instead of doing a patch job like many other shops I've gotten quotes from, and they will go to bat for you with insurance companies, and keeps you in the loop the entire time.
