All our thanks to Katie and Stan for getting us to Dan Hendrickson / he's a stud and got Colleen back on the road today - the repairs are about $2K but the time and her being car less for the remainder of summer session were the problem.
Dan put the car back together mechanically and Safely for her to get back on the road today and wouldn't charge me for it - unbelievable - Colleen will be having or delivering Lunch to all the employees this week!My son Andrew brought his car, (2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser), to your shop for body repair following a very troubling situation/mishap on 175 while returning to Tallahassee for school.

Scott and Capital City Collision Center are Tallahassee treasures. They worked with us and the insurance company to bring about a more than satisfactory outcome.
The results of their attention to detail are plainly viewable in the finished product. It looked brand new!
If you don't use Scott and CCCC's services after a wreck, then you are overpaying for shoddy work.

Absolutely without a doubt the very best collision shop in Tallahassee. I worked next to them and have seen the quality of work time after time coming out of thier shop. I was also contracted to do some mechanical work for them and when my employees would make a mistake It was always brought to my attention by the owner/shop Foreman Scott in a firm respectable way he demanded the very best and treated every car as his own. The office Manger/ owner Dan has alot of knowledge in the field and can guide you through the insurance issues and sympathizes with the customer

Great people that gave me the best price I could find. They answered all of my questions and concerns patiently and they didn’t talk down to me as a young woman which I appreciated. My car looks just as it did before and they got it done when they said they would. I’ve recommended them to everyone that I’ve met that’s been involved in accidents and fender benders around Tallahassee since they fixed my car at the beginning of September.

Called for an appointment for an estimate for my daughter's car. Woman who answered said "just come on by". I asked for an appointment, but she said we didn't need one. Daughter arrived and was told "oh, he already left for the day (2:00 pm), come back another day in the morning". She want back at 11:00 am on another day, and was told he is not here! Poor business, I don't recommend them!

I don’t care what the business is in the Tallahassee area, or what they do, it’s just a fact that you are not going to find a business that provides better, more honest, quality service than that offered by Scott Hollon and Capital City Collision. My friends and family have used them for years, and there is just no better. My latest encounter was just last month, and I have never seen a guy go to more ends to make sure that I was getting my money’s worth. I recommend these folks without hesitation.

Went in there last week because a cement wheel stop in a parking spot had pulled out my front bumper cover panel. I showed up with no appointment and desperate to get it fixed because I had a long drive home the next day. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and the auto body tech did an amazing job putting the panel back on. Very nice and kind in there. I wish I had gotten the name of the estimator and the auto body tech. I had nothing but an amazing experience.

Excellent experience, Great work! My son got into an accident on the way to school (Not his fault). After getting frustrated with the whole insurance process, I finally got my car in to Capital City Collision. They handled all of the hassle with the insurance, got the parts needed and did GREAT work in making the repairs. We got the car back today and couldn't be happier with the work and experience. Ms Rita (office manager) was always pleasant and helpful despite my tons of phone calls throughout the process.

I truly lucked up. I was in a horrible accident in July and my car (at least I thought) was damaged beyond repair. It was towed to the shop next door to CCCC and I asked them to take a look at my vehicle in order to provide an estimate to the insurance company. They happily obliged. After deciding that the car was repairable, Dan and Scott communicated with me often and assured me that they would do the best work possible. I had LOTS of questions and Dan responded promptly via email at any time - even if he was not in the office. I got my car back in perfect condition and am so happy with the work
