Led by an experienced executive team with over 35 years combined experience in transportation management, the entire Windsor EMS organization - from the transportation coordinator to the certified paramedics and emergency medical technicians - is dedicated to developing comprehensive transportation programs that are tailored to meet the specific challenges of health care institutions and municipalities.
We provide both emergency and non-emergency ambulance transportation. This may include trips to the hospital for an injury or illness, or discharges to skilled nursing facilities, transfers to other hospitals, or visits to physician offices. Long-distance transports often include Mobile Intensive Care Unit service.

Tonight the group of emt that showed up to my father in-laws house in Starr County were the most comprehensive people I've seen sad to say that the local emt community has lost my respect and trust. Hope they can leave home safe and sound and at the same time leave the bar at a higher standard for our local emts. For the emts that are local to get to back to and at at least to what we expect to treat our family members as if it was theirs.

I give them a 10 +.. they come to my facility to pick up our residents They are very kind and caring they make our residents feel like they are part of their family. I’ve been working at my facility for 12 in a half years and Windsor EMS has been my favorite EMS transporter .. keep up the Good work and thank you for all you do for our residents.

If they had negative stars I would use them. The Lynns put my daughter through the wringer. They insisted on payment of over $4,000 before they would dispatch an ambulance to transport me. The two women that did the transport were fantastic. Then she had to start dealing with the office staff who had failed to submit a claim to Medicare. After… numerous calls and texts, a claim was submitted and was denied by medicare After two appeals with Medicare the claim was approved. Windsor received payment from Medicare as well as the money my daughter had already paid. Only after Medicare gave Windsor
