Nicholas Koutsomitis, AIA is one of the reasons I specialize in Historic Preservation. We restored structures such as the Washington Square Arch, the Hendrick I. Lott House, and man, many more beautiful structures back to their original beauty. He's very professional, wonderful to his family and his employees. Leaving his firm was the dumbest move of my career. I'd hire him as an architect easily. There are photos of the arch taken at night. It's absolutely beautiful and won the Lucy Moses Award.
