My rating has nothing to do with Covid and the stress it has caused on businesses.
I actually called the company prior to booking my reservation to make sure they can deliver what I wanted.
Unfortunately I booked a airport transfer and received a confirmation and then in middle of the night prior to my departure they sent email saying they weren't gonna accept reservation after they charged my credits card!
My family owns and operates a limousine company in another state and they would never leave a customer or client like this. Super unprofessional and I would never recommend them ever

We had a mini destination wedding from New Smyrna Beach to Mims and back with a very large group to move. We looked and several other transportation services including the ones recommended by the venue and found Orlando Limo to be the most reasonable and accommodating with the number of vehicles and destinations. All the drivers were professional and promptly early for every trip. The Mercedes vehicles were impressive and clean. My husband left his phone and we were promptly notified to retrieve it. Christine in the office was fantastic!

We used Orlando Limo to get us from the Port Orleans Resort in WDW to the Disney Fantasy in Port Canaveral. Everything was great!
The price was the same as the Disney Cruise Line Bus without the rush, pushing and crowding of the bus.
Making the arrangements went smoothly...communication was fantastic. The limo arrived a bit early. The driver was very courteous and friendly. The Sprinter van we requested was roomy and clean. We arrived right on time.
I will definitely use this company again and recommend them when I can.

My fiance, a group of friends and I spent NYE in Orlando with some old friends and arranged to have Orlando Limo pick us up at the airport.
The girl I spoke to over the phone when I booked was AWESOME! She was so helpful and answered all my questions (I had so many!) so I felt really good about what I decided on. I mentioned to her that I was newly engaged and to my surprise when we were picked up by our driver, there was a complimentary bottle of champagne so we would all be able to celebrate! I thought it was so incredibly thoughtful of her to note that and make us feel so special.

Booked a round-trip car service from MCO to The Villages for my folks who were visiting from Colorado around Thanksgiving, and had a really great experience.
The woman I spoke to on the phone was real sweet and got me a great deal with a nice roundtrip discount for one of their SUVs.
I was able to pay real easy online so that my family didn't need to worry about it when they got here (I wanted to treat them to it since I normally would have picked them up, but I recently had surgery, and really can't sit that long), and I also didn't have to give my credit card info to anyone, which

I had booked a party bus for my family of 14 who were traveling from an orlando airport hotel, to port canaveral. I did this months in advance. There were some changes that needed to be made prior to our travel, and the communication via email from Orlando limo was incredibly poor. I would send 3-5 emails and not receive a reply. When i phoned them, i was never really sure if i had the right number, because the person who answered the phone, never answered "orlando limo" it was some other company's name they answered by.
