It's hard to come up with the right words to describe the outstanding level of service we received from Dave and the team at Gemtrago. If I were to dream up the perfect experience, it wouldn't compare to the actual experience! The application process was easy and quick. Dave, my broker, was extremely responsive, day or night and on weekends, and took time to understand my needs. Gemtrago’s online focus and platform was intuitive and convenient. The overall process was fast and straightforward, and the closer actually came to my home to close. Finally, I got a great rate and the fees were very reasonable. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

If you want your mortgage process to feel like it was served on a silver platter, go with Gemtrago. I don’t say this because it was expensive, they just made it so easy. We refinanced in the middle of quarantine, so there were some added challenges. Refinancing was as easy as following up with the Gemtrago team via email and finished with a closing on our back patio by a notary sent to our house.
