Brandon Gianotti started the company after four years at Oregon State University and four years working for another contractor renovating homes. His experience goes back to his earlier days of working in the stone and granite business as well as metal fabrication.
For nine years Brandon has created a formula for fast turnaround of rental properties helping property owners maximize their rental income by reducing downtime caused by inefficient construction methods. Now with a full staff of employees and a host of part time specialists Proline can meet the demands of property management companies throughout the Willamette Valley as the need arises.

Located in Corvallis, OR we cover the greater central Willamette Valley from Eugene up to Salem and all areas in between. We offer apartment maintenance services and remodels, general household repairs and remodels, exterior repairs and remodels, real estate inspection repairs, and roofing repairs and replacement.
As a licensed general contractor we can provide a host of services to help you with changes, additions, modifications, and upgrades to your rental or personal living unit. Together, with our own employees, we have developed a close network of sub-contractors that can provide licensed services in the area of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Proline was excellent to work with. They were professional, responsive and did great work. Further, they are just really easy people to be around and talk to. They kept us updated on the project as they worked sending us photos and texts. Highly recommend using them for your next project!

We hired them to do a complete remodel, and let me tell you about the BS we had to deal with.... NONE! They were on time promt and professional. They took care of my special request even though it was not in the original plans. I had to park out on the street (my choice) and the owner brandon took time from what he was doing and help me carry in my groceries. He treats people how people want to be treated And does the best work in the state. 100% recommend proline!

Proline construction delivered bark dust to my house with their dump trailer. Brandon was incredibly professional, punctual, and very reasonable in price. This is a local business who provides good paying jobs for many people in the Corvallis area. I will be using Proline construction for more house projects and fully recommend them for anyone in the southern Polk/northern Benton county area.
