I'm T.J. and I began my dental career in 1981, as a Registered Dental Assistant and Registered Oral Surgery Assistant in an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice. I enjoyed assisting for a few years and transitioned into Office Manager where I gained invaluable experience and knowledge in many aspects of the dental office.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. We are committed to improving the oral healthcare knowledge of our patients. Videos are grouped into various categories to provide quick access to the topics of greatest interest to you.
The links will provide you with written instructions for the success of your healing process. This will also give you an opportunity to prepare for any accommodations you may need to make for a smooth and uneventful recovery. Lastly, these instructions will be reviewed by our Treatment Assistant at your scheduled appointment as well.

Having my two dental implants placed was so much easier and smoother than I expected! Well, I just had my second appointment almost two weeks ago, and am beyond impressed! I was a little nervous coming in for my procedure, mostly because I've had a bad prior experience with another office. The doctor and his assistant assured me I had nothing to worry about and from start to finish it was honestly painless and his work was meticulous! Recovery has been fine and the doctor even called to check on me later that day to see how I was! I highly recommend Dr. Minutello, truly a notch above!

Dr. Minutello is a specialist in dentistry. He is highly skilled with his sutures and implant abutments. He takes referrals from other dental practices when their own procedures fail. He's the man who can fix it.
He is a very affable and interesting personality. His office shows a certain modesty and no-frills neatness, and his staff are all friendly and helpful.
For regular dental care, his rates are just a tad higher than some.

I had my best dental experience with them during my tooth implant. It was a big deal but they make it very very easy for me mentally n physically. The medical workers will talk with you and patiently listen to make you feel comfortable, and they will ensure every detail with you to alleviate your nerves on the surgery.
I love how they r being so considerate and caring and I love how professional the dentist and DA were with the surgery.

Canyon Crest dental referred me to this office for Periodontal work. I met with Dr. Bato. During the consult, she explained the procedure in detail and answered any questions I had. On the day of my procedure, I was a bit anxious at the work being done but even more worried about vertigo that I sometimes get if my head is positioned in a certain way. Dr. Bato and her assistant Yadi made me beyond comfortable with a special pillow, eye mask and soft music in the headphones. Their care really helped me relax and before I knew it, it was over and no vertigo!! A few days later I even received a hand

Writing this review on behalf of my mom. I am so happy my mom found this office for her extensive dental work. We were referred by our friend and neighbor, for a second opinion and this was the right choice! I had to take my mom in for her to be put under twilight for her procedure and the moment we walked in I just felt at peace that we were in the right place. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and with nerves of dental care you want to feel like that. They went above and beyond for us both and I wasn't even the patient. Most people don't look forward to going to the dentist for even regular check-ups, aside from having oral surgery. However, when the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, it really makes a better experience. No...I haven't gone crazy making appointments every day to visit, but my experience with Dr. James Minutello for a tricky front lower gum graft was incredible. He truly does amazing work. The admin staff (Liz and Opal) were terrific with scheduling, billing questions, and insurances. My favorites though, were the dental staff. Judy and Yadira took great care of me and paid

Be careful when coming here, I was referred here by my dentist. However, at no point in the booking, arrival or leaving did they mention that the don't take insurance. So now I'm getting a letter 6 months later charging me. When I called, the "supervisor" was extremely rude and not useful at all. They should let their customers know they will be charged at the time of arrival. Or before proceeding.

My oldest daughter was born without 2 permanent teeth. And she transitioned into her teen years and was fitted with braces her retainer included 2 fake teeth. So this poor kid her whole life without the retainer was missing two teeth. We had years to do research, talk to former patients and interview different dentists. The most amazing thing was how many people recommended Dr. Minutello. Not just former patients but several colleagues couldn't say enough about his talent level. If you feel about your loved one like most over protective parents, I was not interested in somebody who was average

I have been seeing the same dentist my entire life and when having to travel an hr each way became too much to deal with I found myself being recommended to him for some serious work I needed to have done. To make a long story short, a deep cleaning resulted in needing some extensive work that would take almost 6-8 months to complete. Each time I had to come in the staff was so welcoming and helpful for each of my needs. I was sedated a few times and never woke up in any pain and always felt safe and sound. They call me multiple times after each procedure

Dr Minutello and his dental assistants are professional and go out of their way to ensure your customer satisfaction.
All procedures are explained I could not have been in better hands for my oral implant.

Dr Minutello and his staff are great , I recently had an implant done and I'm so happy with the result . The procedure went exactly as described, they kept me informed , were flexible with appointment and I plan to go back for a second implant soon . I would recommend Dr Minutello to anyone looking for an implant .

Wish I would've seen the last review, from 2016, about them not being on time. I had 2PM appt for which I was 10 minutes early and had to wait for someone to come up front and acknowledge me. I was never checked in and 30 minutes later still not seen or even communicated with. Unacceptable. One of the girls upfront tried to "argue" with me about who I e-mailed my "new patient" paperwork to. I know the name and had the email please don't proceed to name everyone in the office and tell me who I sent it to.

I highly recommend Dr. Minutello! My son, who has many oral sensitivity issues and is not an easy patient, needed nine gum grafts and one bone graft. After researching periodontist so in LA, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties, we decided on Dr. Minutello. His office is comfortable and the staff warm and welcoming. Dr. Minutello explained our options in detail and made sure to answer all our questions. He made my son feel comfortable, called later to be sure there were no complications, and even sent my son an encouraging note.

Highly highly recommend Dr. Minutello. Friendly and professional staff. I had both the bone grafting and implant done here and both procedures went smoothly with no problems at all. I tried getting my implant done at another office and it was a fat fail because the dentist there didn't know what he was doing (see my reviews for more details). Dr. Minutello's X-ray showed that I had a gapping hole in the area I was trying to get an implant and would need the grafting in order for the implant to hold. He also said the grafting the previous office gave me wasn't nearly enough to hold
