Dr. Christopher Chau is a Board Certified orthodontist, a distinction achieved by only a third of orthodontists. He treats children of all ages, as well as adults. Worst kid dental place I've ever experienced, my daughter has had two procedures done in the last couple of years and each time she got hurt but this time last week it was the worst. The first procedure they left her little mouth open for so long without paying attention to the sides of her mouth by her lips that were being kept open was so dry that her skin parted. They told me it's normal and that it happens and it would heal and go away, now my daughter is left with a small scar for the rest of her life. This dentist is ridiculous! All 3 of my children and myself went here for braces and invisaline. My son and I couldn't finish treatment after only 3 months of treatment and they charged our insurance and us full price for an entire invisaline treatment that wasn't complete. They refuse to give back any money. They claim someone has to pay for the liners even when the treatment couldn't be performed. They charged full treatment for braces for our other 2 children and we moved out of state before the braces could be removed. They still months later, refuse to give back any money. We

A friend of mine had highly recommended All Smiles. At first, I was given great service. Unfortunately, after a few months it all went down hill from there. First, I had to get out of work frequently as they wouldn't accommodate me. Next, I had my braces removed before one of the main reasons why I got the braces was fixed. Finally, my retainer had to be made again because the first and temporary retainer did not work. I am really disappointed in the service and the outcome. I had thought about recommending All Smiles. However, after this really bad experience I do not want anyone else to endure

Save your kids, money, and time. They are attempt to suggest wayyyy more than your child needs. The staff is nice but it's a business and they attempt to get the most out of you. Took my daughter to another dentist, they suggested way less work. Also they constantly text and email you about appointments even after I told them we were going somewhere else.

I came to All Smiles to get a second opinion on whether or not I should extract my four year old daughter’s gray tooth. Not only did I get a professional opinion, the dentist found a cavity that was displayed on a previous ex ray that her initial dentist didn’t catch. I decided to have All Smiles perform the extraction and the filling and they were extremely gentle with my daughter and I knew she was in good hands as soon as we walked in the door. The service was amazing. I was referred by a friend and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I called to set an appointment to the way we were treated upon arrival. My boys are 2 and 4 and the environment they create was catered to them so they loved it. After their visit they even get tokens to get special surprises. I love this Dentist office! My son is starting to see a dentist regularly and as a first time mom, I am so grateful for this office putting my son and I both at ease. Both of my kids absolutely LOVE All Smiles... all the way from the front office, kids play area, xbox area or iPads for older kids, the office staff is beyond amazing, & to top off everything the doctor (dentist) is truly amazing. I appreciate a calm environment that is pleasing to not on the kids but the parents as well. I appreciate a staff that is very patient and helpful and makes not only the kids but the parents comfortable to establish trust. This is my first time at this office and it exceeded my expectations tremendously. I really appreciated the staff n a whole. Everyone I came across was very helpful understanding and pleasant with my children and I. Even when I had to deal with financial and understanding a bill they helped distracted my two LO while I understand what's going on which was a huge help

I came from Colorado to California to visit with my family. My 8 year daughter just got braces 3 weeks ago and of course our first incident happens when we are out of state! Part of her wire came out and as much husband and I try to calm her down we starting calling places that could help us fix it. The first couple we called would not help because we didnt get the braces put on there. When I called All Smiles the woman who answered was so helpful and told us to come straight in. We went in and the entire staff was super sweet and made her feel so comfortable. They got us in quickly and fixed it

The All Smiles team incredible! We had such a wonderful experience after a horrible accident with our 11 month old son. Our baby is learning to walk and had a really bad fall.. he lost his front tooth and fractured his buccal plate. All Smiles was able to get us in right away and Dr. Nguyen was so amazing with our little one. All Smiles really built a rapport with son, making it a fun place. He's shy around men, definitely not the ladies lol. The assistant really did a great job, pretending to use Toy Story- buzz's blaster and spider man vitamins for teeth.
I'm happy my wife and I switch and made this our new primary pediatric dental office. No pressure on kids and at the end of the visit. They reward kids with cool fun things. Special play area for kids to play which my son loved. Thanks
