Report
The therapists at Active for Life Physical Therapy treated my post surgical ailments after two recent surgeries and were a vital part of my recovery. Two surgeries (on my left knee and right shoulder) within the last year left me sidelined from the activities I love, skiing and backpacking. The treatments I received from Maude (including traditional PT and dry needling) enabled me to return to the slopes by the end of this past ski season - much earlier than anyone anticipated! I have also been cleared to return to the Appalachian Trail to complete a backpacking thru-hike of 2193 miles.
