T&S Trash Service had a desire to permit a new waste transfer station at their facility in Waynetown, Indiana. Rochester Iron and Metal, located in Rochester, Indiana, is a family owned business serving the scrap industry for over fifty years. Moench could improve by honoring their contracts and not taking advantage of a mom & pop shops in the build out part of their start up phase. We had an agreed to price and he kept billing. He refused to finish the job unless we paid the $1000 over contract amount. We are a woman and Veteran owned business who he took advantage of. He was highly unprofessional to deal with in every way. I would never recommend him to anyone.
