The Flats is a 52 unit, modern, yet rustic building inspired by the raw materials that were found on the property 100 years ago. I moved to Montana a few weeks ago and Luna properties made the transition so seamless. I worked with Devin throughout the process and to this day she is just as responsive and helpful to any concerns I may have. She is great to work with! The team is always a text or call away and get back to me very fast. This is hands down the best property management company I have used and I definitely recommend!

Was able to get everything finalized, and completed with moving to Bozeman from out of state. Which was so helpful and fantastic. Devin has been amazing to work with throughout the process. I called her on a Thursday inquiring about an apartment and she answered all of my questions and sent all of the information I needed almost immediately. I've since been approved, very quickly I might add, and she has been incredibly accommodating with all of my needs. She even met me a second time at the apartment so I could see it prior to my move-in date. Excellent to work with!!

Our leasing agent was very responsive and helped us get set up with a new place very quickly. Provided us a lot of information since we were moving from afar and unable to view the actual apartment, but we got plenty of photos. Overall a great experience and for sure the easiest leasing experience i’ve had.

I had an excellent experience choosing an apartment at Luna's Silver Creek development. Celia, the on-site representative, did a great job showing me units and answering my many questions. Luna was also very efficient with the online application--I viewed the apartment on a Friday, was approved on Monday, and had a signed lease on Tuesday. Very happy with Luna--I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Bozeman.

Where to begin about the treachery they call a management company... Never once has Luna responded me and I have been renting for almost a full year. They call the cops and towing trucks to remove and fine us and all of our friends parked on the street and lots at 12am knowing fully that they do not provide enough parking. There isn't even enough parking for the amount of people who live on my street. Almost every single door handle has fallen off or stopped being able to be opened including exterior and interior doors. It took them 5 months to fix our front door handle!!!!! It took them 3

If you value your life and property NEVER use this company. They never cleaned the dryer vents. A CLEAR FIRE HAZARD. Within 4 months our new Property managers cleaned all of them. The workers who cleaned the vents were shocked there had not been a FIRE.
This placed homeowners, families and our property in DANGER OF LOSING THEIR HOMES AND CHILDREN.
They did not respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and when they responded they were RUDE RUDE RUDE.
Shoveling was a luxury, our sidewalks were covered in a layer of ICE during the winter months.

Do NOT rent from these people. I was their tenant for 5 years, used to be a great property management with very welcoming people, unfortunately all the staff changed and now you will have to deal with dishonest, rude, and incredibly unprofessional people. When they answer emails, they get back to you at the end of the day so they don't have to get back to you right away once you reply. Most of the people there don't answer emails anyways.

The worst - they manage our HOA. They are rude on the phone, claim they've sent out mail notifications that rates were going up, but I did NOT receive ANYTHING in the mail from them. They are disrespectful, and it doesn't help either that there's a new gal in the office every couple months it seems, so they can't comment for what happened three months ago. We've been with this HOA for three years and I would NOT recommend them.

The staff do not take complaints seriously, and have zero follow-through on anything. Many times complaining about disrespectful neighbors and nothing is ever done. Even Maryann said, "There is nothing we can do" when I went in to talk with them.The property is barely taken care of and hires college kids to do their maintenance requests - not professionals.

I have been renting from Luna Properties for over 5 years. The staff here are incredibly understanding and helpful. I love that I can go into the offices here in Bozeman, and figure things out if need be. These folks have helped me so much; from finding places I can rent with pets to finding new washers and dryers That is huge! Luna will help you I promise, just COMMUNICATE with them, and it's all good.

I realize that the rental situation is difficult in Bozeman. But, it is NOT worth renting from this company. They will never return phone calls. It takes weeks for them to respond to your e-mail. Kathi is so rude and snotty in every conversation. I got my full deposit back from them thankfully. But, now I have to deal with them managing our HOA. We're a professional office suite and they're so belittling it's appalling. I really don't get it. Do not use them. The previous record of reviews should speak for itself.

Luna Properties manages our condo's HOA. They take days, sometimes a week to return phone calls about even the most basic of questions. At every opportunity, they are condescending and make it apparent they are annoyed to have to respond to questions or concerns about billing. Most recently, I dealt with Lindsey and Kathi who waited days to return calls and emails, and then passed me from one person to the next via email with no explanation, answer to my questions or apology for the confusion and poor customer service.

The ladies at Luna properties have the absolute best customer service I have ever received from a property management company in Bozeman. When they took over management of my building, the quality of of life in that building was drastically improved. They were always very quick to respond to any service requests, and were very friendly whenever I had any questions. Literally every time I walked in their door they all had huge smiles on their faces.

I wish I had nice things to say about this company, but unfortunately I don't. The gals at Luna Properties are very rude and unbusiness like. When I showed concern about not seeing the apartment that was to be rented by my college son before he signed the lease, Emily walked into the other room and stated " she's a peach". On 3 different occasions they had appts to see the apartment and were canceled on at the last minute. You work on their convenience schedule and theirs only. All I can say is read the reviews of this company before committing to anything, that's what
