My son is moving to Montana this week. He started a few months ago looking for a place and could not find anything available through all the rental apps. We just took a shot in the dark and Google property management, read the reviews and called Benchmark on a Saturday afternoon. Lynnae answered the phone, the owner none the less on a Sat. Now that's customer service. She listened to all my concerns and thought she might have something temporarily that would help them and she did. They could not of made it there with out her. Thanks Benchmark you're awesome!

Benchmark Property Management took over control of my unit about 2/3 of the way through my time there and the transition could not have been more smooth. I never had an issue getting in contact with the owner, and my phone calls, texts and emails were always answered right away. I unfortunately had to move this week and Lynnae was flexible with dates and times as my schedule kept changing around. This is an excellent company to rent through -- they keep the potential stress that comes with moving at a minimum.

Being this was my first experience leasing a property, I couldn't imagine going with any other property management group. Between paperwork, the move-in process, and having a proactive landlord, I am elated to have been a tenant for this group.
