CB Flooring, LLC was started in 1997 by Chuck and Carol Bode and is a private, locally owned and operated company headquartered in Columbia, MD. Had a great experience with Bode Floors! Our kitchen floor was damaged due to our dog having accidents. Brandi in sales was very professional and helpful. Brandi was great at following up and letting us know what the next step was. The installer was in and out in a few hours and did a great job. Very pleased, will be using your service for any future flooring needs.

Worked with Bode to recarpet our basement. Our salesperson, Steve, was knowledgable, pleasant to work with and communicated well with us. The guys who laid the carpet were on time, really friendly and clearly skilled. They were efficient, detailed and respectful of our home. They did an excellent job installing our carpet. We would definitely recommend Bode Floors.

After I selected and make a deposit on my carpet, I had trouble getting in touch regarding pickup. My salesperson was out for the week and I called and talked to another sales person who agreed to check on my order and call me back. I never hear from him. I then put in several calls that ended in voicemail. As a customer, voicemail is never satisfactory but when your call is not returned, it shows negatively on the company.
I've used Bode Floors for over a decade and I'm disappointed with their customer service.

I would not recommend Bode....I had tiling done in the wash room and two bathrooms. Sent two people...language barrier and had no toilet for over 24 hrs due to grout being done and plumber would not proceed till it had time to dry. Sales person wasn't on top of things! She also didn't have any trimming set up for this project, had to find someone to come out and get it done. This was last year. Decided to take a break after this disaster!

Hired them to match my existing hardwood floors. They misidentified my floors as cherry, installed cherry, and when it was CLEARLY the wrong floor (color, wood species, even width of floorboard!) they tried to blame it on me for "ordering the wrong floor". I trusted their professional opinion, and they clearly are not able to correctly identify floors. That would be okay if they apologized and tried to make it right...but they kept blaming me! Never again. In the end, I insisted on a refund, and the manager said, "We'll refund your money, but we'd like you to acknowledge

Every aspect of my experience at Bode Floors in Columbia was outstanding. Ellen Lieber was the sales associate I worked with & she was extremely helpful in choosing an appropriate carpet for our space & doing the measurement. The installation team was so professional & efficient. I am so pleased with the finished product!

I had the most seamless and pleasant experience with Bode Floors in Columbia.
It started with the sales associate, Bob Wolf who helped us through the whole process. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to and did not come across as pushy.
