My boyfriend bought me a ring and I called to ask if we were able to return it. A man answered and said “yes within 15 days,” but when my boyfriend went to return it they told him he was unable to return it only exchange. Also they said they wouldn’t charge him tax if he paid cash and on his receipt it said “labor” it didn’t say what was. It’s a very sketchy place. I wouldn’t buy here and I don’t know why my boyfriend did.

Fabulous an unique store family owned with great services very affordable owner is very professional an quality products hand work is equivalent Jose did a fabulous job on sizing my 3ct diamond ring in 14kt gold went down 2.5 sizes an he did an amazing job u would never know I had the size done. They resized a platinum band for a reasonable price, did the work right in front of me in around a half hour. They reused the original platinum went a size down (no cheap repair using non-platinum filler materials). They helped keep my two boys occupied while the resizing was done. Low key place, did a great job...will definitely use them again

Gosh I'm so excited right now! I went to my usual ring cleaning place. They were closed and I was so bummed but tried this place on my way home just to see if it would cost around the same as the place I usually go to get my ring cleaned. I told myself I wouldn't spend more than $50. My other place is $40. So I go in, tell then if I could get my ring cleaned and or "dipped" as the other place says and the nice girl cleaned it for free. She says the cleaning is free and there's a better cleaning they do that costs but my ring looks brand new. And it was FREE! Made my day

The diamond fell out of my wedding ring. I purchased the ring at a department store and the warranty had expired. I was quoted the repair would cost me $400.00. I took it in to Jbs and had the work completed from one day to another for only $150.00. The work is top notch and the service is wonderful. Will definitely refer my friends and family.
