What's not to love? Perfect balance of fresh salmon, edamame, mango and rice plus yummy light dressing and fresh ginger and wasabi. I'm in love with lunch! I don't often take the time to review Eat Club meals, but this one was so much better than the average, I just had to take a moment to say, WOW!

Their system is set up well for corporate environments where they have on-time delivery but they need to partner with restaurants to actually have better food. Ridiculously expensive prices ($16 for 2 pieces of smoked salmon and soggy crackers) and terrible tasting food served cold definitely makes this a much more costly alternative to just providing employees with food delivery credits.

We tired Eat Club, Caviar, and Door dash. Here's the break down.
Eat Club, we love you, you have the best system, always on time, but your food is not good. Partner up with better restaurant or have better cooks. You are the love hate relationship of food.
Door dash, food is good if you can get here on time. We just had 80% of our means delivered to another office or they are 1-2 hours late.
Lastly Caviar, good food. However, the unreliable out of all there. We have to call every time we make an order because they would always for get 1-2 person's lunch.

I work in San Francisco and my company orders Eat club for all employees every Monday for our all hands meeting. There are decent number of options, but none of them comes the same way as the pictures. The pictures all look very attractive, but the actual boxed food arrives cold, dry, never fresh, and least appealing. There is no consistency in terms of portion or quality; for example, if I got one thing I enjoyed and try to pick the the same, the next time it'll taste different or come in a different format. Overall the experience has been bad.

Recently I have visited a company where my friend works. They use eat club.
When I selected an item from the menu the day before, I thought eat club is going to be like waiter.com where the food is delivered from the local restaurants.
I was surprised by the quality of food that was delivered. Very delicious lunch.
I don't remember the exact name of the the dish I ordered. It had squash, bulgur wheat, sweet potato and Mac and cheese.
P.S. This was the only meal that I had from eat club.

Over the past couple of months, our company has seen the quality of the food and delivery drop drastically. (greens in salad are wilted; food tastes like it was previously frozen and reheated; packaging is opened/not sealed) more recently, our eat clubs have been delivered with worms + moths.. needless to say we're switching vendors.
If you're considering eatclub, be advised:
- cannot customize ingredients in your meals (read: allergies? that sucks.)
- meals are delivered warm; hot food, warm. cold salad/sushi, warm.
- meals can run out so act quick
- food is overpriced
- taste is mediocre

WHERE DO I START?
My workplace has used Eat Club for close to a year now and we all hate it. We're limited to restaurants, dishes, and cannot customize dishes at all (sucks so much for allergies).
Every week, coworkers have been finding bits of plastic, hair, bugs, and toenails (YES, TOENAILS) in their food. Dishes have arrived smashed and leaking from containers as well. Yes, it's also the restaurants' fault for not keeping up their food standards, but if customers complain MULTIPLE times about the restaurant, Eat Club should take the restaurant off of their roster. These guys are obnoxious and predatory when it comes to selling their product to random phone numbers. If they happen to get a hold of your number, dial you, and you pick up your phone, they will not stop calling even if you hang up on them. I've gotten 3 calls from them in the last few days. Asked them how they got my number and they acted dodgy. Seems like maybe they are working with one of the robo-callers.
Anyone who believes in the sanctity of "Do Not Call" lists should vote with their wallet on these guys. Stop spam calling me!

EAT Club has saved my coworkers and I from the nasty Chinese delivery at work. It was smooth and easy to order on their website (not sure about the app, have never tried it), food is always delivered on time, price is reasonable.
I am still in the process of trying different dishes from different vendors, but my favorite one so far is the Chicken Tostada Salad from The Urban Rabbit. Yum!!!

Can't believe I've been using EAT Club for 2+ years, so here's an update to my previous review.
EAT Club has gotten a lot better. They more consistently have good dishes, rarely have weird substitutions, and I haven't had a disaster like that pizza photo in a long time. The Urban Rabbit salads are usually fantastic, and they do a good job of having variety even if you're paleo/vegan/pesc/whatever. It's probably been about two years since the last time they were late with a delivery.
I'd recommend them to other companies.

I'd give them 2.5 stars.
It started out great but the number of vendors and choices has severely dwindled over the last year.
The one thing that I have noticed lately is the lack of hot food both in availability and in delivery. Even traditionally hot foods are often listed as "served at room temp". Who eats a philly cheesesteak at room temp? My suspicion is that their logistics of delivering food while hot has been compromised so to combat this they provide less options and less guarantee that the food will arrive actually hot (or "warm" as is stated on the description

In general, I have enjoyed Eat Club for my workplace lunches Monday-Thursday. Today, however, I came across an opened silica packet in my mushroom ragout. It was a little bit disturbing and has caused me to reconsider all previous opinions on the company. I normally don't bat an eyelash when I come across hair in food, but the silica packet took it too far.
Upon looking further in to it, apparently silica packets do not pose any sort of poison concerns. But it is a bit sloppy for a food service provider to include opened plastic silica packets in stews.

EAT Club is a terrific service. I cannot speak to the cost, as that is invisible to me, but I can speak to the quality and service directly. The variety is good and broad, almost always an option for everyone, vegetarian, lactose free, health conscious and everyone else. The quality is consistently good to excellent. The delivery is on-time and usually correct, occasionally I'll pick a meal that I do not enjoy and I leave feedback and move on with life. the feedback is read and acted upon by the company rather quickly. It's a great perk and valuable for our company.

Good selection of food options, with occasional rare/specialty dishes. They often have kale and salmon. Obviously still lesser choice if you're vegetarian, vegan. The range of dishes you can get here rival and even at times beat going out to eat. The dishes are often healthy or not that unhealthy compared to eating out. Bonus if your company pays for the service so that you get free meals.

Nice selection of healthy food which rotates every week, but still maintains some favorites. The primary benefit is that it is so easy to order. The photo matches the contents very closely.
My company has an account. I select from a menu they send me weekly. The food is delivered to office about 11 am. Comes neatly labeled with your name, office #, floor, address. The container is a robust, recyclable paper-ish type of material.
The food is very good quality. Do not expect 5-star restaurant fare, because you are not sitting at the table for food cooked 1 min ago. Restaurant food is displayed

My company contracts with them to buy us a lunch once a week. So far I have enjoyed all the meals I have received. I usually go for salads but recently I have tried the warmer/heated foods and they are very good. They also list the full nutritional details so if you're looking to make macros or calorie count, it is very helpful. The delivery lady is very sweet and she puts out all the meals around 1130-1145ish, so if you want to eat earlier you can.

I really enjoy EAT Club's service! I don't have to worry about hunting down something for lunch, and they deliver us a great meal! I'd give them 4 1/2 stars if I could because most of the meals are great and, if they're not, they do a great job of taking care of you. The Blue Line Pizza options they had recently were a lot of fun! Thanks for the great service and for doing your best to keep a bunch of picky, particular, easily bored eaters happy :)

Eat Club has been serving lots of lunches to the company I work for. We must order more than 100 per day. They are usually on-time and generally don't make mistakes. Ordering food is easy, and they send out a notification when your food has been delivered. Originally, they had lots of choices of food, but as of late their selections seem to be reducing - esp. if you have dietary restrictions like you are a vegetarian. Since the food comes from a variety of restaurants the quality varies. Eat Club does seem to care about the quality - and they have a human respond if you give an item a poor review

Our company has been using Eat Club for almost a year now and our employees are excited for their lunch when its time for it to arrive. It is always on time and they have a wide variety of options which include healthy meals, vegetarian and vegan options, and of course plenty for the meat eaters. Each week there are new dishes on the menu and sometimes themed (bacon lovers, 4th of July, etc). I would highly recommend it.

There have been various situations where my company has ordered from EAT Club, and each time I have been satisfied at the food and delivery service offered. The options online always change every week and this is something that I love because sometimes repetition can be a bore. They try to cater to a diverse audience-the vegans, gluten-free, and even customers who want something a little different. The only problem I have with EAT Club is trying to figure out what to order since everything looks so good! If you're having problems figuring out what to order, there are reviews and ratings when

My company uses Eat Club for our weekly catered meals. The first experience was great, but over time, you can easily get tired of it.
PROS:
+ Website is very user-friendly. You can pretty much login, select a date, order an individual item or group order and check-out with a few buttons. It's a huge time saver!
+ For group orders, I love that you can label each dish with a person's name. You can also view everything and make changes under "My Orders"
+ If you ever see a bento on their menu, GET IT. The bento selections are delicious... probably the best thing that they have

We tried Eat Club for our staff meeting at work. It was Monday, July 27th and we scheduled our delivery between 12pm and 12:30pm. I believe it came towards the end of the window? Or maybe a little later? I just know we didn't actually get our food until 1pm.
I got the Soy Garlic Wings from BonChon Chicken: 6 Korean chicken wings made with free-range, hormone/steroid-free chicken. Glazed in a soy garlic sauce and served with a soy garlic pork pot sticker, cole slaw, and refreshing pickled radish. This was very disappointing as I've had Bonchon from the South Bay location before and loved

My company offers this service, which I am grateful for as we are located in an inconvenient area as far as lunch options go. I normally bring lunch but I've used the service a few times when I've been in a pinch.
Although delivery is timely and convenient.. I'm just not that impressed with the food. The urban rabbit salads are pretty good but most everything else I've tried has just been mediocre tasting... and hot food is never hot... merely lukewarm.
Not EatClub's fault, per se but I'd be more inclined to try DoorDash or another service instead. Pricing
