I am the chef/owner of Fete Fraiche Inc. When I am not in the kitchen or obsessing over making your event perfect, you're likely to catch me writing menus, lists, turning ideas, shopping at the farmer's market and. Food has been a central part of my life, family and culture.
My earliest culinary memory is of myself and my brother, toddlers, sitting on the kitchen counter watching in anticipation as our mother whipped up butter and sugar by hand, then rolled it into a giant ball (phase 1 of her famous pound cake) then offered us the opportunity to poke eyes into that buttery head.Once the nose and smile were complete, we got a taste.

Cannot stop raving to friends about the food at Fete Fraiche, delivered to my door twice a week and never a disappointment. Marissa makes sure every dish is of high quality and so tasty. Farm to table, the food is beautifully presented in little brown boxes with perfect instructions for reheating. I suggest following the oven method but she gives microwave and stove top as well. I feel as if I have a restaurant styled meal every night. Make sure to get her Whole grain banana pancakes and/or Whole wheat blueberry cake, very healthy - no sugar added and yet beyond delicious! She just added her savoury

Marissa is an amazing chef who brings a unique and fresh take on every dish she creates. She handles everything from large receptions to small intimate dinners and everything in between for me. In the last year I have worked with her numerous times and she always has a positive attitude, kind words and an amazing group of staff who really care about their job and clients. I highly recommend Fete Fraiche and once you see how pleasant it is to work with this company, you will too.

Marissa at Fete Fraiche provides amazingly delicious food with a beautiful presentation. She’s very easy to work with and will work with you as best as possible to meet your budget and culinary needs. Her presentation is always elegant and creative. You can tell that she loves what she does and her staff is very professional. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her on a few dinner events this past year and look forward to the opportunity work with her again!
