Kimberly J. Syfrett (Kim) is a managing partner of Syfrett, Dykes & Furr. She has been a resident of Panama City, Florida since 1995. She received her A.S. Degree from Cleveland State Community College in 1990 and a B.S. Degree from the University of Tennessee in 1992. She graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1996.

They pressured me into pushing my filing date back by at least 6 months after telling me beforehand that i would get approved. Before we went into the courtroom they never explained that was even a thing much less possibility. So in front of the judge I had to make that decision with my attorney in my ear saying Ill for sure get it. Okay, but he had already said i would get it . Now you want to push back the date so disability doesn't have to pay back the medical treatment I received in that period. Which also wasn't explained until in the courtrrom where i had to make a decision within a minute

I had done the disaster cleanup at their office.
