They guy that came was not helpful at all. He acted like he would be towing my car for free. I didn't know how to take the jack down and he didn't want to assist all. He didn't wanna give me a jump and was charging$100. Only reason I was so upset is because if I was parked somewhere I was supposed to, he would have figured out how to tow my car. Called another tow service and had no issue. Would not recommend this compan

What a day?! I was heading home from a 2 hour trip when I suddenly experienced trouble with my tire and found myself stuck on the side of the highway in one of the busiest locations on 40 West in Greensboro. There was barely any room for me to pull over. I called my insurance company’s roadside service and it was taking them a while to send someone so I finally decided to search for towing companies near me. I found Casey’s Towing. I called this company to pick up my truck (from a parking lot) after a transmission failure. It took them over an hour to get get there after they said it would only be about 20 minutes, but I understand that things happen. Finally, once the driver got there, while he was friendly, he seemed kind of inexperienced or unsure about what he was doing even though he said he'd been towing for over 10 years.

Most awful customer service ever. Not only did they tow me when I had a parking pass - but they didn't answer my phone call for an hour straight. I will definitely be talking to the city about this towing company because they were atrocious to me and only in it for the money. Trash company and trash customer service. Stacie needs to be fired ASAP. She cussed out my friend and I and hung up on us. Stacie should be fired.
