T was amazing! She took care of my baby like it was hers. We had good conversation throughout her getting my vehicle onto the bed and etc. I ended up using Bobby's service twice. Both time T was the tow that came to me. Also dispatch was great when I called and they gave me a good price in my opinion.Thank you T and Bobby's Friendly Towing, I appreciate ya'll ♥️

NO ONE wants to have to call a tow truck, but after a belt broke on my car's engine going down the interstate, and after my roadside assistance service failed me, I phoned Bobby's. Hooray for excellent service from the dispatcher to the tow driver - the amazing Tessa! Even though I had to wait for over an hour - the dispatcher was up front about the wait time - I was surprised and delighted to see a woman driving the tow truck, who did her job expertly and professionally, and ASKED ME how I was doing! I was very... very pleased with the promptness and professionalism of Cedric. I was told it would be about two and half hours hours ... Cedric was there within the hour and he was unable to change the tire due to a lock nut and no socket. He was called to another site and he came back to tow the car to High Point to the dealership. He made it to the dealership before 6 pm. He was a man of his word and a man of action and he followed up with me once he dropped the car off. Thank you Cedric. :) Sonja Patterson

This company is listed on the sign for my neighborhood. I called them and they said they do not work my area but would call and send someone out. An hour passed and I didn’t hear anything so I called again. Once I called back I was forwarded to voicemail, although there hours say 24 hours.

I broke down on my way to work. I was unable to contact my insurance company for roadside assistance. I called Bobby's Friendly towing and Adam was there to rescue me within 10 minutes. They towed my car back to High Point for a reasonable price. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend this towing service to anyone! Thanks again y'all!!

They could improve by being on time. They have a Greensboro City Contract and did not arrive until more than 50 mins afer the call was sent out by their dispatcher. Do not use this Tow Service unless you have all night and day to wait for a tow. When contacting the Tow Service the receptionist started arguing with me, yelling acting very Ghetto!! Do not use!!!

Place is a rip-off.. car been towed there on a non dui .. the lady charges me almost 300 .. it was only in a hour .. then the lady will not let me get my stuff out .. she tells me I was better off getting a dui ..that’s only to get my things out.. my car..I’m feeling like .. they put prices where they know they trying to keep your car.. 100 percent.. rip off..
