Started with Dr. Spears over ten years ago after moving to Palm City. Dr. Spears and the entire office are very professional, friendly, and kept my teeth perfect. Recently we moved 20 miles south. I decided to switch to a local dentist and found a practice about a mile from my new home. The new dentist tried to sell me expensive and unnecessary dental work.

Both my husband and I are extremely satisfied with Dr. Spears and his team, for all of our dental care. Dr. Spears is knowledgeable, skilled, personable, HONEST, and a perfectionist. I like having a perfectionist for a dentist. He’s 5 Stars across the board as far as I’m concerned and I unhesitatingly and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by name and asked to sit while waiting. The waiting area had chairs spaced to allow social distancing but the staff had the schedule in place so no one else was in the area. The waiting room was spotlessly sanitized and had an "industrial strength" air purifier. The attention to detail made me feel that everything possible had been done to avoid any exposure. The efforts are noted and appreciated.

I can actually say I love my dentist! My daughter has an awful fear of the dentist so bad that her previous dentist “fired” her ! Dr. Spears was recommended to me so I was able to get her in. He is so kind and gentle that she is completely at ease in his chair. He never pushed to have extensive work done beyond what is necessary! My whole family goes there now !! I highly recommend this office !
