Dr. Luis A. Matos was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, but moved to Salem, MA at the age of five. Now practicing dentistry in Florida, Dr. Matos is a happily married man and proud father of two wonderful boys. While studying at Boston University, Dr. Matos enlisted in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, where he served as a combat medical specialist (EMT).

Our family loves Stuart Pediatric Dentistry. Very friendly office staff that has been great with our son Adam since his first visit. Dr. Matos is just great with kids and really has them feeling comfortable while they are in the chair. Their office is very conveniently located in the heart of Stuart.

As you enter, the facility is clean and you are greeted by a welcoming and pleasant staff. Went for routine cleaning for my 8 and 12 yr old. Erica was professional and informed. She has excellent interpersonal skills and made the process comfortable and pleasant. The receptionist was also very polite and pleasant. Great service overall!

I took my 17 mth and almost 3 year old sons today. The office was welcoming and accommodated my family by seeing both kids at the same appointment time. Ty, the hygienist, was fantastic with my boys. She’s upbeat, caring, and knows how to handle kids well. Dr. Matos was quick and made my boys feel comfortable during his exam. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back. Thanks!!

It was an easy and wonderful experience from booking an appointment to having our “first” visit! We had our information reviewed and each step of the way Marie helped make my little guy feel at complete ease. She made sure to go over each item and made him giggle and smile through it all. Awesome office Dr. Matos is great he does so well with the kids my son had a great experience. The office is very nice and the staff are amazing and super nice from the front desk to the back! Erica and Rebeca we're awesome they definitely made my son very comfortable throughout his procedure. They we're all great, I would definitely recommend bringing your Child here🤗

Today was our first visit to Stuart Pediatric Dentistry the ladies at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. We were seen by Ty who was so great with the kids they left smiling and can’t wait to go back and see her again! We appreciate all of you who helped us out today and made my two boys feel at ease.

My 4 year old saw Yoana and Dr. Matos last week. Yoana is incredibly friendly and spoke directly to my daughter, explaining the entire process.
My daughter had a scary experience last time at a different dental office (not associated with this place), so she was pretty nervous. Yoana put her right at ease and my daughter opened her mouth and had the gentle cleaning done without issue.
Dentist is also friendly, spoke directly to my daughter, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. (Some dentists completely ignore child patients and will only speak to the parent. I teach my children
