I have spent the last 2 months working with Kevin, Michelle and Brian Morice on purchasing our investment property in Snellville Ga. The team is straight forward, transparent in the deal providing an offer we both understood the reasoning behind and could agree to. Although we had some hiccups in the closing due to the ongoing pandemic, the Morice family stayed the course and go the deal done. I appreciated their professional approach and would recommend them to others who are interested in selling their investment property

Very unprofessional....I drive 2 hours to meet there inspector at my property and she never shows up....No one picks up the phone waste of time and money....Later signed a contract to sale the house closing date They say funds wasn't available🤔....Better investors and organization out there....Pick and choose Carefully!!!!
