Our Kickboxing program is an exciting 1 HOUR fitness workout! Whether your goal is just to get in shape or learn self-defense, this program is perfect for you! We focus on cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and self-defense. Burn up to 900 calories!
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a martial art that promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend himself or herself against a stronger, larger person via proper techniques and leverage.Most fights end up on the ground and this is where Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is extremely useful. This class meets twice a week and introduces these little ones to the very beginning basics of Martial Arts.

My son and I have been training at Warrior Defense Martial Arts for just under a year. During this time we have become a part of the WDMA and truly enjoy the time we spend training and with the other families. Professor Ginger Mark and all of the coaches are true professionals in every sense of the word. They ensure that there is a safe, fun, and productive training environment for all who enter and truly care about their students' success in martial arts and life.

Our son has been going to Warrior Defense for jiu jitsu for over 2 years, and he absolutely loves it! The classes are very well structured, and the children are taught to respect their instructors as well as each other. In addition to improving strength and flexibility through body weight exercises, they learn discipline and self confidence to be able to defend and protect themselves. Life lessons such as dealing with bullies and judging the bad intent of strangers are invaluable additions to their martial arts training. WDMA is amazing! Sensei Ginger Mark is absolutely exceptional! We had visited other facilities and did not feel at ease, the moment we walked in and met Sensei Giner we knew it was perfect! My 4 year old granddaughter attends and I could not be more pleased and impressed. The facility is always clean and well kept, Sensei Ginger Mark is top notch! She is amazing, patient and even brilliant with the little ones. I love the level of discipline, expertise and structure. Warrior Defense Martial Arts is the best school for young and old to learn skills in self defense and self confidence. I've been training there for going on 7 years now and I'm always learning something new, Sensei Ginger Mark is great with everyone and is always progressing with changes and new things to add and learn.
