This place is the Best especially around the holidays I had to have my car repaired right around Christmas and it literally they picked it up towed it and literally got it done in 2 to 3 days and they did not care how many times I called to see if my car was fixed and it was it was very cheap they’re very affordable I love this place employees they’re amazing they were a card and they are great I highly highly suggest this place. The owner is amazing and very sweet.

I used Waugh Chapel Towing and Auto Repair because I was connected to them through Roadside Assistance. They arrived promptly and let me know when they were 15 minutes away. When WILL came, he didn't just tow my car and allow me to waste my time because I didn't know any better (I really know NOTHING about cars). Instead, he listened to what I was saying and took a look himself. He figured out that my battery terminal was/had been loose, and fixed it right there. He saved me half a day of work and a trip to the repair shop. Will saved my day!

My 2013 Dodge Durango had a starting problem. It took numerous times to start it. I have used this repair shop a few times with no major issues. After they diagnosed the problem, they said the problem was the Cam Shaft sensor. My truck has 4, so the one that was bad required replacing the oil pan. The work was $900.00. I was then told the truck should start ok, with a little problem, but the fuel pump has a recall for it. I get the truck home, try to restart it and it won’t start. Same problem. Nothing changed. I took it to a dealer, they serviced the warranty for free and the truck was fine

Let me start by saying I have some “trust issues” when it comes to automotive repair. Despite my Reservations, Keith and his team really impressed me. I was referred by a friend and brought in my truck to troubleshoot a power steering fluid leak. Without charging me a dime, Keith did a thorough inspection and gave me an honest assessment. He let me know it wasn’t serious enough to worry about (just yet) when he could easily have justified a $1000 job.
