Came here because my check engine light came on, was given two different prices for the diagnosed issue. I was advised to bring my car in a separate day to be serviced. i was told it should take 4 hours. Put wrong part on, fried engine, and tried to cover it up. Eight days later, finally got car back, still not fixed due to another wrong part being installed. Do not trust these guys with anything beyond a simple oil change. More of a joke than they are mechanics. On site manager never really seemed to care about what was going on, never properly communicated any of the issues they were having, and apologized only after he realized he lost a customer.

Dropped off my Benz 03/20/21 with Alex so he could have specialist tech (Wayne) look over it since he owns SLK. After Wayne looked over he said he needed it for a day or two for a good look over at the pumps and hoses for top. On 03/22/21 two days later I get a random text from Alex that "they have no knowledge to work on convertibles" all of a sudden and via a "text." I called to get a quick quote on a specific job I am looking for. He said they can do it, great, however was not able to give me any rough estimate or pricing over the phone. Mention that I have to come in. Then got hung up. This gives me the feeling they want to fraud their customers.

Came in because my engine light came on .
Needed a MAP SENSOR ,
Said it would take an hour to get fixed I came back and it turns out my car wouldn't turn on that it needed a whole new battery.( I CAME WITH MY CAR RUNNING)
I said no don't need my battery replace I can't afford that.

I said please to recharge the battery I can come another day.

3 hours later , at the shop and my car still Wouldn't turn

Really fast service! The employees were kind and seemed genuine as well which makes a lasting impression on me as most car places I go, I feel like I'm being spoken to as if I'm stupid because I'm a woman. I'll be coming back.

We recently purchased a 2007 F150 that the ac didn't work. Texas is too hot not to have air. I got quite a few quotes to replace the entire system (someone had put Jb weld down the high side) prices ranged from $500-$3,000. I knew not to trust the lower ones because the parts themselves were over $700. Alex the manager gave me a fair price and helped get me in quicker than we thought. It took a few hours to replace but he was very hospitable and pleasant to talk to! They also offer snap financing for those big bills! I came in with a preapproval and they got to work! I definitely will be back

I want to give a shout out to Meineke in Dallas on northwest highway (almost garland) gives amazing service!! The manager, Alex, is super professional and courteous!! The techs are friendly, professional, and sweet! The waiting room & bathrooms were clean with the appropriate social distancing protocols. If you need any car work done I'd recommend going there!! They go above and beyond in customer service!

I had an appointment and it took an hour and a half for a simple oil change. I was over charged and my meineke rewards card wasn't scanned. I hope they go broke and go out of business!
They won't be scamming me out of any more money I'm taking my business elsewhere in the future!

This has got to be one of the worst places. The management is rude and does not have any customer service skills. WARNING..if you come in with a coupon for a oil change that THEY mail out to you, you'll be harassed by up charging. Then get attacked with attitude because you are using their coupon. Jerks! The older man I'm assuming is the manager is not nice. Lacking in a lot of customer satisfaction area. This place will make you wait over 2 hours to get your oil change done. Bad bad customer service. I hate this place it's bad. Go somewhere else.

I was there 1.5 hrs for an oil change. When I went I just got the cheapest one and they kept trying to sell me other services such as an air filter change for $60. I'd thought it would be cheaper to do it myself. He had shown me my air filter which when I realized the one he showed me was dirtier than the one in my car when I pulled it out after leaving there store.

Great service! I came because of a vibration near the rear of my vehicle. They quick diagnosed the issue and had me on my way in no time!!! I will definitely be back for any future repairs.

Horrible experience. Before coming here I went to another place to get a safety inspection. I failed because my windshield wipers were torn "1/4" of an inch on either side, they just let me know they would not pass me and let me go without any charges. So on my way home I drive pass this place and decided to give it a try, thinking any other reasonable place would pass me since my windshield wipers were barely torn. When the mechanic comes to talk to me he tells me I failed due to my windshield wipers. As he shows me the wipers I noticed that he had ripped them WAY MORE!!! I confronted

I am always happy with my service at Meineke. However, I only get oil changes, so I can't speak to the car repair side. I always call ahead and find out how long their wait is for an oil change before I go. That helps, even though 4 out of 5 times I call the wait is over an hour. Seems a little excessive to me. I would have given a higher rating if that wasn't the case. Otherwise, I am usually in and out once I have called ahead and found there is no wait.

It's hard to find a decent car repair shop. At least one that won't try to rip you off, upsell you on some weird fuel system cleaning service or air conditioner flush. And one that's fast, that can do your service while you wait. This Meineke is one of those places. I needed some basic services including an oil change, tire balancing, and tire rotation. They managed to get all of that done in about an hour and 15 minutes. I drove 30 minutes from Uptown to get to this location. My expectations were low because nobody so far rated anything about Meineke on yelp. All of the other places on yelp that turned up in my search for "Cheap oil change" were garages that charged over $30 (I always call beforehand). $30 for a basic oil change!? I'm from Cali and I refuse to pay over $25 for a simple oil change.
