Our approach to orthodontics is to preserve all teeth for a broader fuller smile and an aesthetic facial profile. We straighten teeth without extracting teeth to create space. We create the necessary space for all teeth to be straightened by expanding the arches holding the teeth. Using principles of expansion we can create the exact space required to hold the teeth permanently over time.
Dr. Craig Pettey is a general dentist practicing orthodontics. He has had extensive training with over twenty years of practicing orthodontics. He is a member of the American Orthodontic Society and other local and national dental organizations. He has helped hundreds of adults, teenagers and children have straighter teeth.
I love my smile because it so different from what it was. I am no longer self conscious about it so I smile more often and more easily. The staff was really good about helping me understand the process and that was important to me. They were awesome. I really like my smile. They made some big changes.
We love meeting new patients. Part of easing your concerns is explaining what you can expect from our practice. Invisalign is a wonderful alternative treatment to braces. You can straighten your teeth without us putting metal in your mouth. Instead, we use plastic trays (also known as aligners) to move your teeth back into place. Each aligner is custom made to fit your mouth so you don't have to worry about mouth irritation.

Dr. Pettey, his assistant Kerrah, and all of the other staff are absolutely amazing! All are friendly, professional, and caring! They take time to work with you, explain everything, and help ensure you end up with a perfect healthy smile! After searching and going through one nightmare after another- for 2 years, for a orthodontist who cared more about my child's smile, than the financial aspect- Dr. Petteys office was an absolute breath of fresh air! I highly recommend WVB to everyone- adults and children! Clean Facilities!

Woodlands Village Braces is a great place to get your braces done. The staff are great. And Dr. Pettey offers free consultations and if you like what you see, then you can do both traditional and Invisalign with him. I did the Invisalign and am very happy with the results. I would recommend his office anyone who wants to get their braces or any dental cleaning and whitening. They take most kind of insurance and they have monthly plans.

Both of my children were treated by Woodlands Village Braces to correct their teeth. The staff are super friendly and efficient. We appreciated their easy communication and follow up of any questions or issues we might have. While they don’t have office hours everyday in, we hardly found it a problem to schedule appointments. We always felt that we were in good hands and we are very happy with the results for both. They have beautiful smiles!

I’m so happy and satisfied with my straight teeth. The process was very pleasant. Everything that I was told since the beginning was perfectly done. Dr. Pettey work with me to have payments that will work for me.
Very flexible on schedules and since I went on my lunch break my time was very Short and they always manage to see me as soon as I walk through the door, it was perfect timing by the time they finish with each appointment . The staff and Dr. Pettey were always so friendly and very professional. The place is very nice and open and always clean.
