With all the uncertainty around COVID19, Dr Macqueen and staff went above and beyond in precautions to ensure my safety. Precautions include temperature checks before entering the office, limiting patients in the waiting area, requiring masks, and providing ample supplies of hand sanitizer.
As always, my appointment was thorough, professional, and swift.
I would highly recommend for any potential patients looking to make a change for eye care.

I was a patient her for several years before switching over to another optometrist due to not having insurance anymore. It was not worth it at all and I recently switched back. Dr. MacQueen is about professional as you can get and she ensures that your prescription is perfect. It turns out that the other place didn't order my lenses for astigmatism and it was a huge waste of money that year. It can take a while for you to get in but the wait is definitely worth it. Even the temporary contact lenses that she gave me for today are 10X better than what I received at the previous place. I can

The sign says open until 8 p.m. on Thursday. I'm in the parking lot at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday and they're closed. I have trouble getting back here to pick up my glasses because I work late and have an hour commute. I had to leave work early to make sure I arrived before 8. Now I don't know when I'll get to pick these glasses up. Businesses tend to be open when they say they will be open. I guess not in this case. Certainly glad I found out now so I can take my wife and daughter elsewhere for their vision care needs.

Because I have City insurance I had limited providers to choose from. Both my son and I needed eye exams and glasses. So, I chose Dr. MacQueens office because it's close to my house. I called in mid December and I was able to get appointments the first week of January. Staff was very pleasant over the phone as well as when we were seen. Dr. MacQueen was professional, quick and engaged in conversation with me. Which is a plus! Our glasses were ordered and delivered as promise, less then one week. The office can use some upgrades though. They have a small parking lot which is good since the
