We are so happy with the home inspection we received from Premier Property Inspection. Just wow! I never knew how important my choice of property inspector was until after Jay at PPI followed up after my first inspector (from another company) turned over a lack luster report. Just bought a house and Jay did our house inspection and was very thorough. Very honest and has all the cool gadgets to check out all nook and crannys. Premier Property Inspection was incredibly helpful in providing us with a full service home inspection. They were able to get under the house with a crawl-bot, fly the entire property line with an aerial drone and inspect the home with infrared imaging. Jay Emerson's property inspection was excellent. I truly was amazed at the high level of inspection by also providing infrared to look for water as well as insulation problems as well as the electrical analysis for bad wiring. He is very professional and very nice. I highly appreciated the manual he gave out as well with his service that details all the important items one should do each year to keep their property in good shape. Jay is such a great property inspector! I get to see a lot of inspectors because of being a Real Estate Broker and Jay is one of the very best. He has over 25 years of experience in the business and is so very thorough and conscientious. Jay contacts my clients ahead of time and is available for explanations during and after the inspections. The technology that he has is amazing.....drones for above the house and a robot that crawls under the house taking pictures where a human may not be able to get to. The one "toy" that is very impressive is his thermal scan reading meter that can detect moisture
