We booked them 24 hours in advance. They requested our flight information and told us we would get a text from our driver once wee landed. No text no driver. We called and left 2 voicemails, no response.we noticed that though they failed to pick us up they charged our credit card. Will not use again

I had a great experience. It was $65 for Hobby airport dropoff from Dickinson, TX. They will quote a price when you book the ride, so it shouldn't be surprise. Driver was nice and wore a mask, and this was end of July 2021, when covid was not going bonkers. Thumbs up!

So I never take a taxi. Did I mention I never use taxi services?
I needed same day service and have never been a fan of uber or lyft. Safety is very important to me as well as professionalism. I called the same day and received excellent service from Houston VIP Taxi. Arrangements were made within hours of the time I needed my driver. The driver kept me informed of his estimated arrival time and provided great service.
I was beyond impressed with the services provided. My driver was great! In short, best taxi experience ever!

Great experience overall. We got picked up from the airport in a SUV suburban, the man helped us put all our luggage in the back. Our flight was an hour late, and he had already known that. We got picked up at 11:30 pm. The car was extremely nice. We had a nice conversation on the whole trip. When we arrived to the house he helped up take our luggage to the porch. It was also very easy to pay with a card. We will definitely be using this service again.

Ugh...awful company. They show up late for pick ups, their cars have tons of hail damage, the interior is riddled with garbage. If you are looking to impress, this is not the company to go with. They aren't even the cheapest. You would do better dealing with a more reputable company. I am an executive for our company and none of our business will ever go to them after my experience with them. Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Disgraceful.

I was stressing and worried about being late and luckily Mor was my driver. He knew I was worried about being late to my flight and arrived 5 min early and quickly headed there. Mor was very polite and understanding and helped a lot! If you need a responsive, reliable, and helpful driver who will treat you like your own ask for mor!

I do not know who would give this service more than 1 star. ZERO would have been better, It has to be a joke. The absolute worse ride I've ever been on. It was like RIDE A WRECK. The vehicle was all banged up. The inside smelled horrible and the upholstery was torn. The dashboard had parts missing. Honestly If I had not been on a time schedule my friend and I would have NEVER ridden in this wreck.

This is a fraud company. It's a search engine spamming company that works as a middle man to book taxi from other companies. Never use it! I booked online and it even sent me the confirmation email. One day before departure I called to ask something, and the person on the phone was super rude. He told me he couldn't confirm a taxi for me, and I'm on my own. If I didn't call, there will be no taxi and I'll sure miss the flight.

Best taxi experience I've had. I recommend booking online. You will get an email confirmation followed by a phone call to check. They were so courteous and professional. The manager gave me his number and said to call him if a driver doesn't text me an hour before my time, just to safe. I felt very well taken care of. The morning of my appointment my driver texted me an hour early to say he'd be arriving on time. He got me three minutes early, perfect. The car was a beautifully cleaned new Lincoln. I will NEVER use this taxi service again. I reserved a taxi to the airport. the driver called me the morning of to confirm he would be arriving late. Then preceded to inform me 30 min after my pick up time that he picked up the wrong person and would be driving them instead.

Pasha was fantastic, very professional and a superb driver. The car was very clean and smooth ride (Black Suburban). I had a 1 1/2 hr flight delay and he already knew this before I had even contacted him and was waiting the moment I came out of baggage claim. Originally booked my reservation online which was quick and easy and asked for Pasha on the return drive to the airport and he was right on time. Got off the plane, turned on the phone, and had a messages saying the driver was in baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. Sure enough, he was :-).
He helped us with our bags and delivered us to Galveston very quickly and the price was right, less than any other quotes I got. We are going back to Galveston next year and will likely go with these guys again.

After completely botching our pickup for the airport, blaming us, and making excuses that made no sense, they at least offered us a coupon for a free ride. We followed up on this offer several times but they NEVER SENT IT. Sketchy sketchy awful business. Missing a scheduled appointment to go to the airport is bad enough, but not following through on a promise again is just inexcusable. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Julia and I recently had one of the scariest days of our lives when I found her passed out on our floor, soon coming to realize she had been there for hours. 911 was called and we went together in the ambulance.
After being released from the hospital, Julia had nothing on her feet but her bright yellow hospital socks and the weather was super cold.
