Don't bother. They seem nice at first and then take your initial deposit but leave you hanging afterwards. I was assigned to Kathleen and she was not helpful, not transparent and doesn't reply to calls at all. I met her once in-person and she was so unprofessional. She made me wait 10 minutes inside the office building while taking a personal call...at a scheduled appointment.

Waste of time folks. The lady whose name I think is Kathleen doesn't even answer her darn phone. And word of advice, (1) don't like look like you drank an entire bottle of wine the night before and come into work all hungover looking and (2) don't wear your shades when talking to potential clients. Eye contact is important when doing business. *Smh*

I don't know if it's because I'm Asian or what but I have never in my life felt so looked down on. I'm Asian American, born and raised in the US and served 4 years honorably in the Marine Corps. Definitely don't deserve to get treated horribly as I did; as no one ever should be. I felt like Kathleen didn't care to help me find a home. Totally unprofessional. Never coming back to this place.

I have known Kathleen Olson my whole life and recently when my parents passed away she helped us with the sale of their home. Kathleen communicated constantly with us, even while she was on vacation. I was born and raised in Benicia and recently moved back to help my parents. When they passed away, I needed to find a home for me and needed to sell their home. If you're looking for a realtor, I don't recommend you come here. My agent was Kathleen and she had to be the most unreliable and disrespectful realtor that I ever encountered. First off, Kathleen doesn't respond to messages accordingly; I had to wait hours at a time for each text response. Secondly, each time she didn't respond via text, I attempted to call but she didn't pick up. Thirdly, when I went to her office to drop off my application check, she presented to avoid me by making no eye contact, nor acknowledged my existence (but I could tell she knew I was there)

Kathleen was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. When I first decided to list my home, she came and walked through it, then gave me a detailed folder including information about other properties in my area similar to mine and what they sold for or were listed for. Using that information, we came up with the asking price. My home sold in 4 days for just over the asking price and she continued to be ready, willing, and available whenever I had a question or was trying to make a decision. I highly recommend her - she made what could be a high stress situation easy and doable.

We are getting ready to list our townhouse for sale. We had heard good things about Kathleen from a neighbor. We called on the 7th of August and spoke to someone in her office that we would like to talk to her about listing our property and left our name and number. We were told that she had left the office for the day and would contact us over the weekend. 5 big days later we never have heard from anyone in her office. Think of that when you decide to let someone sell your most valuable asset.

First off, I am in desperate need of a place to live. Talked to the most rude individual at this business a few days ago (and I never got his name because he yelled at me as soon as he answered the phone). He made me feel like my call and needs were unimportant. I called the office multiple times because I got no response from my voicemail earlier and this is an urgent call because I need to find a place to live. Instead of helping me in a nicer manner, told me to STOP CALLING and NOT TO CALL AGAIN and that someone would get to me eventually. I didn't mind the answer, he just sounded very irritated
