I was displaced from my home due to a contractor mistake. I was in several hotels until Estey came to the rescue and helped me find a short term rental for me and my pets. We ended up there for 15 months. Thank you, Estey, for your help providing me a stable base while I sorted out the chaos.

I have tremendous gratitude for Eric and team at Estey. They assisted me with the sale of a property in Benicia while I remained 500 miles away. They were able to help coordinate the vendors needed to get the house ready for sale, and did incredible marketing to highlight the homes great features. They were courteous, helpful, prompt and just all around great to work with. I would highly recommend Estey for anyone looking to list a home, or looking for a referral to a great realtor.

My experience has been nothing but positive thus far and of the 6 or so times I've called them, someone has promptly answered and gotten back to me every time. Even when the owner changed the locks at the property I'm renting, Tiffany immediately left the office and drove over to rectify the situation. Tiffany and the other staff that I've met have been professional, attentive, and extremely helpful in accommodating me with every question and request that I've had. Would absolutely choose them again!

I'm moving to Benicia from Oregon, and they have been very helpful and easy to work with. Tiffany is very prompt with emails and always makes sure that I know what I need to do. I've been able to find an apartment and get everything started while living in Oregon and I am excited to continue working with them once I am living in Benicia.

We rented a home that was managed by Estey for nearly two years...the only reason we left is because we moved out of state. They have been absolutely terrific to work with, promptly responding to whatever issues came up and going out of their way to be helpful. This was not our only rental, and it was by far our best experience. Tiffany and Ally are friendly and easy to work with...I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had an excellent leasing & move in experience w Estey! Their maintenance services and maintenance vendors are excellent & very experienced. We submitted a couple of maintenance requests to Tiffany and they followed up super quickly on the same day. Tiffany and Eric are great to work with. Highly recommend working w Estey!

I feel fortunate that I found Estey. I was trying to find a place in Benicia, and l really wasn't having much luck. However, the staff was able to help me right away, and actually gave me a few choices to choose from. Great experience, and if I have a need in the future, they will be the first, and only, place I turn to. Thanks to all of them!
