He was my lawyer for my aunts guardianship case...HEdenied me guardian fees.. told me that I should be grateful to be a guardian../Spent five years as guardian and ended up firing Upchurch bur aunt already died.. I live in California and need a Volusia County Medicare/Medicaid attorney so I called Upchurch Law and spoke with the receptionist that ultimately told me that I would need to speak with an attorney that would cost $125.00. I'm perfectly ok with paying for legal advise and I waited 4 business days and no return call. How can you have a 5 star rating if you don't return calls? I will find another attorney that actually wants new clients.

Mr. Upchurch and his staff handled the Medicaid application for a family member in an efficient and compassionate manner. But most important, they were available by phone and e-mail to respond to any question and problem.
