Great company! I researched carpet cleaning companies on yelp and this was the first choice with great reviews. I called them and they were quick, polite and attentive! The service was the same! My husband and I were both beyond satisfied with the great work that Aaron did in cleaning our 1 bedroom. He was straightforward, professional and quick! We will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends for service!

I just moved into a new apartment and wanted to do a full carpet clean to get rid of the previous tenants pet hair & odor. Originally I only booked a regular carpet cleaning + the pet odor package (+$50). The gentlemen recommended to also add on the deep clean package (+$50) because he said that sometimes the smell is in the carpet flooring & the rotary brush will do a better job to pick up the hair as well. I did 2 rooms + a walk in closet and it took about an hour - hour and a half, I’ve never had carpets cleaned it seemed a little quick for the whole pet odor plan that claims to have multiple

This company has very poor communication in trying to get an appointment. I contacted them on November 18. They emailed me with list of openings. They confirmed the time, but 16 hours later said that time slot was booked. I confirmed another time and now they call me about their van is down. This is now 3 weeks later. This company probably does good work, but your appointment system and reliability needs to be fixed.

Andres did a great job on our carpets! Only thing we would have changed is communication on arrival. We were given a window of time and he arrived an hour after that. I think the company could do a better job of communicating during the hours preceding the appointment. But once Andres arrived, he did a great job.

I wouldn't be writing this review but they called and emailed several times to get my feedback on the service. I really wasn't going to complain, but since they asked, I figured they actually cared. I obviously was wrong. I was met with excuses and each person I spoke to blamed us for the issues. So, here is my review. Technician was late. He called to say he'd be 45 min and ended up being almost two hours late. We were originally given the price for the in home service, when we had wanted the spa service. We decided at that point to try the in home and see if it made any difference

Had carpets cleaned and H-Town Steam did a fabulous job. Even got out some tough stains. They were responsive when I messaged them and patiently answered all my questions. The technician called to let me know his estimated ETA then arrived within the quoted timeframe. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I highly recommend H-Town Steam!

On time, very professional, reasonably priced AND great results. My couches got so messed up after my move.
I hired them on 2 separate occasions, once to clean my bed frame which is tufted beige fabric. And again to clean my couch and love seat which is also a light fabric. I'm so happy with the results. Even after it dried, my couches were perfect.
