My group and I had an excellent experience using Vanstar for transportation to and from the EDC Orlando music festival. Antonio, the business manager, was extremely courteous, friendly, and detail oriented to ensure that we had a seamless service throughout the weekend. Our driver Juan was very polite and accommodating during our rides, and was very accommodating given the complicated pickup location logistics. I would highly recommend Vanstar to anyone looking for a ride/limousine service while visiting the greater Orlando area!

Worst part of the trip. Not thrustworthy at all! Vanstar Transportation left us hanging not only once, but twice in a week-long vacation in Orlando. First, we went to an Orlando Magic's game with one of their drivers. He showed us a spot to wait there for him after the game. We waited for over an hour and he never showed up. By that time, the outside part of the stadium was so empty it was hard to even get a normal taxi.
