Donald R. Daugherty is the firms lead Family Law Attorney. Donald entire practice is focused on family law and representing clients in family law and domestic relations matters. Donald has been successfully representing clients for 20 years and has a reputation in the legal community of being an aggressive litigator who will fight for his client's interest.
Mr. Daugherty accepts ALL forms of criminal and traffic cases in Prince William, Fairfax, and Fauquier counties in Virginia. Reasonable fees and payment plans are available to all clients. Mr. Daugherty will discuss any case in the office or over the phone at no charge and no obligation to the potential client.
Michael Daugherty concentrates his practice on family and criminal law matters. His family law practice includes custody, visitation, child support, divorce, separation agreements, premarital agreements, and protective orders. His criminal law practice includes representing clients charged with minor traffic infractions to more serious offenses such as driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.
Kimberly Luckey focuses her practice on matters relating to family law and domestic relations, including custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and divorce. Ms. Luckey's expertise also extends to domestic matters involving military families. She represents clients in the Northern Virginia area including the jurisdictions of Prince William, Loudoun, Fauquier, Fairfax, and Stafford counties.

Easiest divorce ever. But in all honesty this place was great. Might be a little bit more expensive than another firm (i wouldn't really know, i didn't shop around much) but the made everything extremely simple, and spoke to me in a respectful manner. Nothing was difficult to understand and all in really had to do was sign a few papers when the time came. My mother recommended them because they helped her about 20 years ago or so and they helped me as well. Really appreciate everyone here.

We hired Michael to help us through a Show Cause and Custody Modification case dealing with a bit of a complicated situation as the child lives out of state. I have a very painful issue going on in my family. I called today to get an appointment. Unfortunately, I seriously regret this. Wow. I am not even sure where to begin with the level of service we received from David Daugherty. My Husband and I got into a pretty bad accident back in June of last year where he was unfortunately charged with the accident. I was hurt pretty bad and we spend MONTHS in therapy and I’m still not right unfortunately so adding to the fact that my… Husband could potentially be held civilly liable, I was a little bit of a mess.
