Therapeutic Massage combines techniques from various modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish and Sports massage to provide the client with the therapeutic work needed to relax and regenerate their muscles. Michelle is originally from Albany, NY where she trained at The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2005. She went on to build a successful practice throughout the Capitol Region forging partnerships with local hospitals and businesses. In summer of 2012 she and her family moved to Bend, Oregon.

Call your car insurance company to determine your eligibility for massage following a motor vehicle accident. A prescription is required from a medical doctor, chiropractor, or nurse practitioner before starting treatment for therapeutic massage. We will submit all the necessary paperwork for each visit.

Michelle is a 5 star massage therapist. She is kind, knowledgeable, thorough and makes you feel at ease. I have been going to her for the last several months and I always look forward to it. Working in healthcare is stressful on the body, and she always is able to relieve muscle tension and pain in different parts of the body. As a bonus, she takes health insurance! I cannot recommend her enough.

I started seeing Michelle for massage a couple of years ago to address severe nerve pain originating in my left hip which causes numbness in my knee while walking and consistent pain that keeps me up at night. MRIs, x-rays, orthopedic visits, exercises - nothing helped! But Michelle was able to help relieve my discomfort and sleepless nights after even just my first 90-minute massage. Michelle is very strong and can work out even the worst kinks. I've had hundreds of massages in various environments including high-end resort spas and Michelle is one of the best masseuses I've ever had

Thank you for the wonderful massage. The perfect amount of pressure and attention to those needed areas. I appreciated the hot tea both before and after my massage, oh and the warming mat on the massage table was a very welcomed bonus! Michelle has a wonderful bedside manner and is personable and professional, but most important her massage technique and style are the perfect amounts of pressure and deep tissue with a little room for RnR. Michelle has a natural gift and never fails to help me feel better! I highly recommend getting regular massages with her, as she works WITH you, not on you.
