I've had the Dodge Dart that I drove up from Chesterfield to purchase from Apple Auto Sales for about a month now so it is a good time to do my review. The purchase process was good. My issues didn't present until after the sale.
Week 1; the car had to go to our mechanic for a repair and some checks.
1. The repair was the reverse lockout repair (6 speed manual drive). The reverse lockout cable popped on the first night; actually within an hour of getting home. We were basically rolling out of the driveway or pulling through parking spaces until we got the car to our mechanic.
2. Headlights were

I’m a little late writing this BUT, great dealership, professional, and honest. Everyone at Apple Auto Sales is so kind and do their best to help you out. They got us great rate way better then our own bank. We had a phenomenal experience with this dealership the first time when we bought our first car and now this beautiful Audi that we fall in love with. Highly recommend them to everyone..

Owner & customer service are incredibly rude if you contact them after buying a car. Look at their replies to some other 1 star reviews. They accept zero responsibility for selling you a car that needed new parts before leaving the lot & there’s no professionalism. Customer service will not hesitate to swear and call clients names. Goofy af don’t buy a car here they’re unreliable, arrogant, and so so rude.

I give this business 5 stars because I know that he genuinely tries to purchase the best vehicles. He doesn't seek out the cheapest cars at the auction to repair and fix. He looks for cars that are in excellent condition to begin with. I did a few repairs on cars he had gotten handed a bad deal on. While I was at his place I realized that all his cars were very nice to begin with. Finding a good dealer is hard. Dealers have an uphill battle with customers because there are so many that just patch a car and send it out. I truly believe this man wants to provide the best vehicle possible to his customers
